An early riser and lifelong health enthusiast, Ella starts her day with a workout, a smile and (always) a great cup of coffee. She believes that how you fuel your body shapes how you feel – which is why she created Powerhouse Espresso Bar: a space where specialty coffee, wholesome food and community meet.

When she’s not behind the coffee machine, you’ll find Ella on a reformer, running along the beach, or experimenting with new smoothie blends. Her passion for nutritious, delicious food is at the core of everything on the menu – from acai cups and overnight oats to fresh juices, chia puddings and smoothies.
