We’re more than just a Pilates studio — we’re a community built on purpose, positivity, and personal growth. Our mission is to inspire and empower you to move with strength, build confidence, and find freedom in your everyday life.
At Studio Lifewave, every class is designed to support your goals — whether you’re here to improve fitness, find balance, or simply take time for yourself. With over 30 classes each week, from Reformer to Circuit and Stretch, there’s something for every body and every level.
After class, unwind at our Powerhouse Espresso Bar, grab a nourishing smoothie or coffee, and connect with others who share your energy and drive.
We believe in creating a welcoming space where everyone feels supported — because when we move together, we grow together.
Our Story
Tina & Billy (fur child) Milne opened Studio Lifewave in Pialba in early 2022, after many years in their home Mat-work and Massage studio (previously My MeTime Massage & Pilates) in Point Vernon. Tina's love of Pilates had grown and she undertook further study to become a qualified Reformer Pilates Teacher. The opportunity to offer Mat-Work and Reformer classes in a larger studio presented itself, and Studio Lifewave was born!
Within 9 months, Tina decided to focus solely on Pilates and stop offering massages.
Meet The Team

Billy & Tina
Owner and Pilates Teacher, Tina discovered Pilates whilst offering massage services. She was frustrated with not being able to find the "right fitness class" in Hervey Bay so trained to become a Pilates Teacher. Her love of Pilates continues to grow and she is constantly looking for new exercises and ways to mix up the classes for her clients. Tina's hands on approach is unique. She will make sure you are in the right position and using the right techniques before moving onto another exercise. Watching her beloved clients become stronger and healthier every day is what keeps Tina motivated. Billy is never far from Tina's side. He can often be found in his bed by the door but will usually give you a quick hello before drifting back off to sleep.
Rhi
Rhi, is a Clinical Nutritionist, Ayurvedic Practitioner, Mat & Reformer Pilates Teacher, and a 500HR Yoga Teacher with 9 years experience. Her perpetual curiosity, and love of sharing knowledge, has put her on a never-ending journey to learn and understand how our bodies work and how we can best serve them. This led her to Tina and The Pilates Method. Rhi was ecstatic about joining the team in 2023, as she loves to inspire healthful change. Rhi enjoys getting people out of their comfort zone, helping them explore unfamiliar terrain with kindness and compassion.


Sally
Hailing from Melbourne and now soaking up the sunshine in beautiful Queensland, Sally brings a whole lotta joy, laughter, a deeply caring nature, and the best stories you've ever heard. Get ready for feel-good movement, contagious energy, and classes that leave you smiling long after the final stretch.
