About Us

In early 2022, Tina and Billy moved from their home mat-work studio to the open and airy location in Pialba. 

With plenty of parking available, the studio offered the next step for Tina's Pilates journey having recently qualified as a Reformer instructor.

With a background in massage, Tina takes the time to ensure the correct posture is maintained and the right muscles are engaged for every exercise.

 

Tina has helped many men and women become stronger and healthier versions of themselves.
