CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICIES
Due to a large increase of last minute cancellations and no-show clients, we have been forced to instate new policies regarding your appointments. Although I wish I did not have to do this, our livelihood depends on you. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please message 0409 586 950 as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
Any cancellation or rescheduling appointment made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be 50% of the scheduled service.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
If you consistently cancel within 24 hours or not show up for your appointments, after the third time, you will only be able to make appointments on a day to day basis. If there are no appointments available that day, you will be placed on a cancellation list.
Cancellation Policy (Events and Classes)
Our venue holds limited seating, and many of our Events/Classes sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled Event/Class. This will allow us to offer your spot to another customer. You may text or call on 0409 586 950 to cancel. If you give us more than 24 hours notice of your need to cancel, we will reschedule or credit your payment toward another event/class. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.
Please note, we do not offer refunds.
