CANCELLATION POLICY

 

To promote fairness and provide all members the greatest chance to attend their desired class/es, we enforce a strict cancellation policy.


IMPORTANT: Please do not use social media or email to cancel your booking, as cancelling via Vagaro (our booking app) is much faster and allows anyone on the waitlist to be given a space in the class. 
 

How to cancel your class
More than 24 hours before your class: If you are unable to attend a class, we kindly ask that you cancel online via the Vagaro App, to avoid fees and to allow waitlisted clients the opportunity to attend a class. This class will be added back onto your membership or package, and no cancellation fee will be charged.


Within 24 hours of your class: Please send an SMS to 0409 586 950. You will not be reimbursed or be able to make up this class. A cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file. 


To summarise, to avoid a fee, you must cancel your class via our booking app (Vagaro) a minimum of 24 hours before your booked class commences.
 

Class cancellation fees
More than 24 hours before your class: You have provided enough notice and cancelled via Vagaro, no additional fee is charged.


Within 24 hours of your class: If you cancel a class within 24-hours of the class starting, this is considered a late cancellation and you will be charged $10 via your nominated payment method. 


No-Show: If you do not cancel your class and do not show up for the class, this is considered a no-show and you will be charged $15 via your nominated payment method.
